Sommer Ott
Speech-Language Pathologist
Sommer Ott is a speech-language pathologist who earned her bachelor’s in speech pathology and audiology from Stockton University in 2015 and her master’s in Communication Disorders and Deafness from Kean University in 2017. Sommer received training with both children and adults throughout her clinical experience at various settings, including in-patient rehabilitation, schools, and university clinic.Sommer’s experience includes evaluating and treating predominantly the pediatric population with various disorders, including, articulation, childhood apraxia of speech, autism spectrum disorder, expressive/receptive language, down syndrome, and auditory processing disorder.Sommer is certified in PROMPT training and has experience with a variety of AAC devices and programs, including GoTalk and Snap+Core.Sommer currently holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. She is licensed to practice in the field of speech/language pathology in the state of New Jersey. Sommer also holds a Speech-Language Specialist Certificate from the New Jersey Department of Education.
