    Hearing Services for Children

    Within the first six months of life, children begin to learn how to talk and understand language. For speech and language development, the first three years of a child’s life are crucial.

    Children with hearing loss may begin receiving treatment to strengthen their hearing or programs to learn to communicate if they are screened and diagnosed early. Delays in voice, expression, cognitive, and social development can be avoided with these early interventions.

    We provide evaluations and therapy for newborns, infants, and children who have communication problems, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Central Auditory Processing Disorder.
