Elizabeth Dzuro
Speech-Language Pathologist
Elizabeth (Liz) Dzuro earned her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Stockton University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Liz has enhanced her clinical skills through her experience and exposure working in the public schools, specialized schools and outpatient hospitals. Liz currently works at Speech & Hearing Associates as well as in a public-school setting, where she provides therapy and evaluates school-aged children/adolescents for articulation, phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders/delays and pragmatic deficits. She believes in supporting neurodiversity and encourages a strength-based approach when working with children and young adults.
Liz also has experience working in a Cognitive Rehabilitation Unit at an outpatient hospital where she treated adult patients with various levels of impairment including but not limited to the following disorder: TBI, stroke, Dementia, Aphasia and other cognitive-communication impairments.
Liz holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and is licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the State of New Jersey. Liz also holds her Speech and Hearing Specialist Certificate for the New Jersey Department of Education.
