Ankita Patel
Speech-Language Pathologist
Ankita earned her Master of Arts degree from Hofstra University. She has experience working in a variety of pediatric settings, including private practice and public schools. She has experience treating children with a wide range of communication difficulties, including autism spectrum disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation, phonological disorders, childhood apraxia or speech, auditory processing and social communication disorders. She has specialized training in PROMPT, Social Thinking and selective mutism. She enjoys working closely with families, occupational therapists and classroom teachers to ensure effective and efficient therapy.
Ankita holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from American Speech Language Association (ASHA) and the State of New Jersey license in the field of Speech-Language Pathology.
