Below is some helpful information about how Speech & Hearing Associates determines your Horizon benefits and ensures that you receive all benefits for which you are entitled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Our office managers will call Horizon to determine the benefits of your plan (Horizon usually requires an authorization6<\/sup><\/a> or we will do a test therapy session9<\/sup><\/a>). For Horizon NJX plans, we always need to get an authorization6<\/sup><\/a>. Horizon authorizations usually take 3 to 5 days to obtain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
