Speech Language Pathologist
Samantha Nudo earned her Master of Science Degree in Communication Disorders & Sciences, and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders from William Paterson University of New Jersey. While attending WPUNJ she also minored in psychology.
Samantha has gained experience through her work and internships in various settings including an inpatient and outpatient medical setting and private/public school settings. She also provided in home speech therapy to medically-fragile students who could not attend school. Experience in these settings involved treating and evaluating various disorders and diagnoses including language, articulation & phonology, fluency, pragmatics, dyslexia, auditory processing, cognitive-communication impairments, accent reduction, etc. Her experience includes working with toddlers, school age children and adolescents, and adults.
Samantha is a patient and creative therapist who believes every client is unique, with his or her own strengths and weaknesses. She also believes collaboration with family and other professionals is a main component when providing the most effective therapy and interventions to her clients.
Samantha has her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is licensed to practice speech-language pathology in New Jersey. She also has a Speech-Language Specialist certification from the State of New Jersey Department of Education.
