Melissa Simanski is the Office Manager at Speech and Hearing Associates’ Avenel office. She has had extensive experience in customer service jobs and has a passion for helping people. She has worked mostly in the hospitality and food industry with job titles varying from waitress, barista, housekeeper, phone operator and assistant manager.
With her experiences, she has gained many skills that an office manager utilizes on a daily basis including, multi-tasking, organizational skills, appointment management and most importantly, she is personable.
As Office Manager, Melissa is involved in all aspects of running the office. This includes coordinating with therapists and physicians, scheduling appointments, tracking insurance coverage, sending out reports and making sure that patients’ needs are met.
