Ms. McGlynn takes a particular interest in auditory processing disorders in children. She has worked extensively with school districts evaluating and recommending treatment for children with Auditory Processing Disorders (APD) and hearing loss. In addition, she evaluates adult patients with hearing loss. She dispenses various digital hearing aids and assistive listening devices based on each patient’s specific hearing loss. She highly recommends that families accompany patients to her office so she is able to educate patients and their families on the effects of the hearing loss.  She has provided services in hospitals, nursing homes, ENT offices, and private practice offices.

Ms. McGlynn is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She is available to provide educational workshops on hearing loss and auditory processing disorders to senior groups, child study teams, and families.
